About Body Fat Percentage

About the Navy Method
The U.S. Navy body fat calculator uses measurements of height, neck, waist, and (for women) hips to estimate body fat percentage. While convenient, it may not be as accurate as methods like DEXA scans or hydrostatic weighing.
